Note that completing our application does not guarantee that you will be approved to adopt one of our dogs. We will conduct a home visit and reference check as part of our application screening. We reserve the right to refuse any application.

• The minimum age for adopting from our program is 21 years old.
• You must agree to take your new pet to your veterinarian for a general wellness check within 10 days of the dog joining your family.
• You must also agree to keep your new pet current on vaccinations and monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention.
• Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis, however the dog will be placed with the applicant that can provide the best possible situation for his/her needs.
